Here is a good tip people. If you have access to wood pellets, you can simply make saw dust out of them. Put some in a cup and soak them in some hot water. They will turn back to saw dust. Drain and dry them out in an oven on low heat.

That's a beautiful grill! I've been thinking of getting one of these for this exact reason for some time now. Just expensive for what it is. But the cheapest way of true cold smoking that I have seen yet. Hope the cheese tasted good. Thanks for the post.
