@911turbo5 simple answer. radio waves. radio waves can travel millions of miles. internet signals aren't radio waves thaats why you get crappy internet connections.

Um, if they are worried about dust collecting on the solar panels then why don't they put some sort of wiper blades to wipe the dust off. Mind you, I don't have a engineering degree or work for NASA. I'm just saying.
