I am looking for a radial type feed through capacitors value 3.3 nf and 3.9 nf with m4 thread , plz can some one suggest where i can find these capacitors

I suggest using more flux. The one in the core of the solder just wont cut the mustard.

For what? I think it's multicore solder wire. Flux is a previous century...

flux is often added during smd soldering when solder is caried from the tip to the join. When doing smd soldering the flux in the cored solder is often burnt off before coming into contact with the joint. Flux is not needed if the solder is added directly to the joint such as in standard through hole soldering.

I would like to ask you two questions:
1.) How can i test SMD capacitor with a regular meter.
2.) What kind of soldering iron are you using in here.

1)I would guess, same as a normal capacitor, remove from PCb and measure capacitance.
2) 0.3mm 60/40 #SE-06003-RMA from goot.

I got mine from a street vendor in Akihabara. You can probably find similar from www.digikey.com , RS, Mouser, Jameco, Farnell. The kind I use is 60/40 lead/tin (probably illegal in Europe now) 0.3mm diameter. it really helps for stuff like this. (part # KE1113-ND from digikey is similar) I'd also try to get some flux or a flux pen.
