MLP added his fabulous Sax playing to the initial track and I had to sing along. I feel good about this collaboration. Granted I wouldn't say my singing is 100% perfect, just 100% heart-felt!

  • @mradaChris I am doing well – been busy with work and working with an early music ensemble here in St. Paul called Consortium Carissimi (I am a member of the board and I sing with them once in a while)...they have a page here on youtube :) I am working on putting together another recital – been three years since the last one.

How are you doing? Great to hear you are still singing.

  • @arpeggio1358 Yes I know. I get a lot of benefit when I do have a teacher. Problem is that where I live they don't know how to train a countertenor. I have almost given up hope.

  • @mradaChris Chris, the tone is there. You need some work with a teacher, but then all singers, at least the good ones, continue working with a teacher all their lives. Sam Ramey, the great operatic bass, still goes to see his teacher and work with him after 40 years on the world's great opera stages.

  • @arpeggio1358 Thank you for your visit to my song. I am trying to recapture my voice. I didn't sing for 25 years and only since 2007 have I tried to work on building it back up. I still have a ways to go I think.
