  • Hey thanks for the comment! I think most people think 2lbs is reasonable so far so i think that shall be my new goal! Im gonna try and focus and work really hard too! I want to succeed!

  • 2 lbs/week is possible but remember the closer you get to your goal, typically, the rate of loss tends to slow. Aim for 20 but don't beat yourself up if you don't exactly hit that goal. You are doing & looking great. Keep it up Brit. boy. :)
