Most of this stuff was recorded at a studio in Leeds called Lion and I was working there at the time... Sore Throat were one of the smelliest, noisiest bunch of drunken, ganja smoking crusties i've ever had to work with (and gig with)... And it was a complete privilege! A nicer bunch of Rotting Anarcho's i've never met!

@deftones311100 deftones music is really easy to play, just because they have good studio quality, does not make this band less,the porpuse of hardcore punk in general, is to sound un-musical to the normal ear, in order to keep the mainstream labels away from this scene, in response to mainstream pop music, so this music can be made by people for the people,and not sell, plus, the recordings are D.I.Y. , thats why this band sounds noisy, do your research before making a statement....
