Don't gang up on utopikx, I have eaten at two of jose andres restaurants.. Yes it was great and modern, but take away the gimmicks and modern presentation and just focus on the flavor and it was average. Like he said, it was a beautiful plate of food.. but if you want to talk about flavor and taste I have had much better from all over.

Unless you're also talking about portion size. But that wouldn't be a problem because a dish like this would be one of over 7 courses.
