TO AMENAKIN: Can you also use Red Rose water? which is better, normal rose water or red rose water?

@TheMogoFogo Salaam sis. Do you lick your lips alot? That may be the cause. There's a type of eczema that is caused with excessive licking of the lips. Try regularly applying lip balm and Inshallah with time the darkness will resolve.
