  • I want to do Latte Art so bad, but I haven't been able to get a fine foam with the Rancilio Silvia yet.... can't figure it out. It just heats up the milk, and gives me a thick foam on the top...

  • @markpianoman Try to make the thick foam quicker so the milk won't be that hot and then find the angle wich speens the milk and the foam and by that the texture gets more creamy.

    (Usually that angle is like one inch deeper)

  • What type of milk is normally used in lattes (2%, 4%?)?
