As the owners, 20th Century-Fox {'YOU TAKE THE KIDS"} and Disney/ABC ["LENNY"] certainly can, 'bigehart', because they feel there aren't enough episodes- or a "market"- to make it worth their while to spend the money to prepare them for DVD release. IF enough of the public demands those episodes be released on home video, MAYBE they'd do so. But when was the last time you heard someone talk about these shows....or acknowledge they ever existed??

@fromthesidelines they need to release them on DVD though, they cant hide You Take The Kids and Lenny forever

Six episodes of this "ROSEANNE" wanna-be were taped; five were shown [December 15, 1990-January 12, 1991], but the final episode was pre-empted forever, due to special coverage of the Gulf War .

Say swear datz MOS DEF in da beginning of this, who threw the basketball in the air. (Dat was kinda ill, by da way)
CBS didnt even give this show a chance, It would have been a good show. I wish UPN we're in Business at that time, This show would have had a good 5 or 6 season run with UPN help. OH BY THE WAY...... THEY NEED TO BRING UPN BACK, because CW sucks.

Well before UPN, which I was never crazy for, channel 9 in NY was WWOR, which I believe did show some TV shows. I was pissed when channels 9 & 11 became the UPN & WB networks. I liked them as regular WWOR & WPIX (which did have shows like Star Trek The Next Generation). WWOR had shows like My Secret Identity, Out of This World, and quite a few others.
The only thing I like on the CW is Supernatural, but that could easily be shown if it reverts to just plain WPIX.
