its not that easy to buy some new aircrafts. if u want to run a plane for more than 10-20 years then it must malfunction. u cant blame the engineers or the pilots. Bangladeshi pilots r at the second position by talent in the country as i think. they r highly trained and talented. its the gov who dont buy new aircraft.if u can fly the aircraft without problem then why dont u go and be a pilot?

@ranausman143 . Look spacedon1. I’m not sure if you’re dense or just plain thick. This video is in no way insinuating that Biman pilots are bad or poorly trained. In fact as you said yourself + I have heard myself- Biman's pilots are some of the best in the world. And as previously stated by other viewers of this video + myself, Biman is not bad because they do not buy new shiny planes every decade. It is the pure customer service that one receives from the stewards/air crew.

@spacedon1 ………………….+ I feel that most of the Biman cabin crew are from decent Bangladeshi backgrounds + therefore they might subconsciously look down on the vast Sylheti passenger base as if they are lower class in some way. + That is why their customer service is the worst in the skies!

Yeah, i agree with truegeeza dude,Fly with Emirates,best service,reliable,prompt & very relaxing.Frankly from my past experience Biman is the most crappiest airlines service i have encountered, just so old fashioned,unreliable & ancient.I mean when i fly from City air 2 Glas/Man/Birm even these flights feel far superior to Bimans shit. Boycott them, they just want your money & no after sales service should you need. Trust me Emirates is miles better.Rock on Emirates, & down the pants Biman.

It the lack of training for the staff and also the fact that many of the staff are not qualified and only got the jobs through bribes and backhanders. The corruption does not help just check out the Biman history on the internet ! They are never in profit and keep the routes that are not profitabe open event though routes like London to Sylhet or the Italy Dhaka route is always delayed or compromised.

@tca51m LOL wtf no offence dude but dont be stupid you are comparing emirates with biman like wtf thats like comparing a country like dubai with bangladesh... Dubai is the richest country right now and bangladesh is one of the poorest. By the way for a pure country they are doing realy good they already bought many new planes but i agree with you that emirates is the best plane there is because when i first flew the a380 emirates it was the best plane alive
