my question is this. I am wanting this because I am disabled and can not do crunches as most people so. I am wanting to loose weight and tone my tummy will it do what I am looking for. or do I need to lost weight first?

This does work. But first you need to shed the layer of blubber on top of the abs. This is probably best for those who already have good abs as a maintenance system, and also skinnier types who want to target muscle groups.
