Molly the Mighty Bloodhound Pup

A deflated pool float that was draped over the deck blew off and freaked her out!

I didn't even realize that's what scared her until halfway through filming it, that's why I kept looking under the pool thinking there was a squirrel or bird or something.

*Plus can you believe she is only 6 months old! She's so big it's hard to remember that she's still a puppy!

***On November 9, 2010, Molly left us and went to the Rainbow Bridge. She was two and half years old and died as a result of defective heartworm medication. She is missed everyday.

my bloodhound does this to people she doesnt know, will just howl at them and hide :) such a chicken hehe

@obie1jacobie92 Thank you. Whenever someone new came around she would hide behind one of us and try to make herself as small as possible. (She weighed over 120 lbs. when she was healthy so it didn't work very well!) But she was a great dog, one of the sweetest we ever had.

my bloodhound does the same thing. He will walk by some random harmless object a million times and not notice it but then one day he will and oh man, "Dad its trying to get me!" He will Bay and bay, then he will flinch and scare himself and run away. A sock, a ball of yarn, a hat on a shelf. Funniest thing I ever saw

You have a beautiful dog. Molly is so cute! I had a lab for 15 years (I'm 18) and he just passed away last March. I loved having a lab but I think I want a bloodhound as my next dog. I like that they are just as rambunctious as labs, but a little bigger. :)
