I try not to build up a dependency by drinking really caffeinated beverages that I don't need. And Did you notice the NOS that I held up? 343mg of caffeine. Not to mention, it wasn't one Cocaine, It was two.

500- 600 mg of caffeine is what i do a day thats about 7 cups of coffee and im still alive :P

250- 700 mg is a high daly dose of caffeine but it is not dangerous
