If you like, the chords are

Verse: Dm F Bb C

Chorus: C Dm Bb F Fmaj7 (well, I like to play it as an Fmaj7, but in the original song it's really just F with an E bass note)

I encourage you to work out the other parts and the correct inversions yourself, once you know those ^^^^ chords it shouldn't be too hard :) Happy playing!
