no body knew about drugs in Punjab few decades ago, the flood of drugs came after opening pakistan-India border. It wasn't an idea to improve the relation of both countries it seems a political step to ruin Indian youth.

exactly why drugs need to be completely legal. Prohibition means corrupt officials will use drugs against the law to massage their power trips. That being said, beards are awesome.
