Dunlop GCB-95O Octave Fuzz Wah Video Demonstration

Quick video demonstration of the Dunlop GCB-95O Octave Fuzz Wah. It's a relatively rare pedal that there aren't really any sound clips of(none that I've found at least) so I figured I'd make a video of mine for everyone to check out.

This pedal is the same model used by Dimebag Darrell(R.I.P.) with Damageplan prior to Dunlop making him a custom prototype one to his specs. It sounds almost exactly like his proto, though.

I'm puzzled , this demo sounds more like a combination of fuzz , wah , and a sweeping flanger....I just scored one of these in a pawn shop . I'm tring to replicate the octave /fuzz effect heard on on Band of Gypsy's (most notably in the second half of Who Knows) My cover band plays Blue on Black by KWS and I've been getting that sound with a Fulltone Ultimate Octave , I've also used a Roger Mayer Octavia and both of these sound exellent . The GCB-950 sounds very respectable

I think the idea was going to be called the black tooth wah and i read they are maybe thinking of putting it into production

Not really, but if you are able to solder things, or got a friend, who can do, just build it yourself.

yeah Dime was going to release a version of this but it was put on hold after his death and was never picked back up, but it was going to be like the cry baby from hell with a vintage style octavia circuit put in
