  • Why can't the low back be rolled..?

  • how often should all of these exercises be performed? ive heard a couple times a week to multiple times a day.

  • Good video

  • That does not look healthy...

  • Thank you.

  • this feels so damn good . I love cracking my back.

  • I started doing this recently and after the first day or 2 my back hurt a lot, but now is feeling much better. I also get a lot of cracking when using the roller. Overall though I feel a lot better than before I started. I think the intense stretching on the muscles causes pain for a couple days when first starting.

  • I've been foam rolling for about a year. i took a couple months off working out generally, and since I've got back into it I've had a lot of soreness. Now when I foam roll as demonstrated in video, my back pops like bubble wrap. It feels good, but i'm worried I'm aggravating something. Anyone here have similar experience?

  • nicely explained. thanks
