@vield1 It is not true! defeat at Wimbledon 92 was not real ... Monica could not cry out when hitting the ball ... it is as if you prevent it from panting during sex: your performance is poor and you do not enjoy...can you understand...? Monica has won three finals against Graf (Roland Garros 90 and 92 and Australian Open 93) and she has only lost at Wimbledon 92 before stabbing! she was not fat before stabbing! You accept the reality: Seles was stronger than Graf, the rest is just talk!

Most people would root for Steffi against Seles. She was so graceful, beautiful, elegant and humble. And didn't shriek like a pig.

@iaswnath LOL. Look at how Seles ran off the court vs Graf at Chase Championships 1998 when Steffi beat her. They didn't really show the handshake here but Seles wanted no part of it. I think it is dangerous to judge players at the handshake. They can be upset with themselves a lot of the time. At 1999 French Open when Seles lost, she was very gracious as she was at 95 and 96 US Open. Graf has been gracious in defeat. I think players always prefer to be beaten rather than lose.

why are Seles' fans always talking about stabbing???? I understand it was a big trauma in Seles' career but let's be honest: Seles was not an athlete: she was fat and could not have kept being number one for long because of her weight! And please remember that she very OFTEN lost in 1991 and 1992 (Hamburg 1991, Wimbledon 1992 etc....), Graf was better on grass and cement

@dolicolo Vero! Ha ragione. Steffi avrebbe dovuto assolutamente interompere il torneo di Hamburg. Andando sul campo, giocando quel finale il giorno dopo si ha fato colpevole. È coinvolta.
