Um, you mean that Exceed the Verge of Death sounds a lot like this since the "Ginga Legend Weed" anime came out in 2005 and "Avalon" came out in 2001

The music is the clear iinspiration of Polish composer Wojciech Kilar. The spirit is enterily polish. Just google "Wojciech Kilar Angelus" or "Victoria" and you will find out.
