    The problem here is that Russians like their chicken cooked FAR more than Americans, or most other nations. I'm and American who's worked as a chef in Russia, and it took some getting used to - if there is ANY juice running out of the bird, Russians think it is blood, and they pronounce it "uncooked", when it is actually moist and tender by our standards. Russians are generally terrified of any juices in any meat. About 90% of the orders would come in "extra well done" ... ugh.

    That chicken was dry as hell. Go to Chinatown and see the chickens and ducks dripping with juices. They are way better than this.

    I think everyone in the US should be required to take atleast one, if not two cooking classes to graduate High School....sorry...random thought...everyone should know how to cook good food for themselves...
