Why the hell would you throw a cig butt on the ground knowing full well these pricks were just waiting for a reason to bust your balls further since you exercised your rights. Dude that was just plain dumb.
-
i understand the reason to opencarry, but just cooperate with the cops. This vid would have been 2 mins instead of 2 part.

That female cop is a complete lard ass....she can't outrun her own damn farts!!! F**CKING GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The police typically know exactly what our rights are and the laws that apply to this situation... MI considers any weapon inside a vehicle to be concealed, unless it is in a case or sealed box with the ammo in a seperate container and all of it locked in the trunk.
Of course the police aren't going to volunteer any information to the citizen, because they are taught to use whatever means to achieve their objective. that includes dishonesty

She keeps asking for a driver's lisence when the guy is not driving.

@justcallmeskippy apparently you need a CCW to put your gun in a car (which isnt true at all, atleast not in my state). the person in the video should have shut the hell up and used his right to remain silent. when you start to talk to the pigs they make bullshit up and start asking shit like do you have a ccw. its easier not to say anything. only 2 things can happen. you will get unlawfully arrested or they will eventually leave. pests/bullies eventually stop when they are ignored
-
citizens not cooperating with her cunt bitch ass and exercising their rights makes her feel unsafe... LOL ... -1000 points for open carriers for giving the pigs their ID's... i think they gave it to em right?
-
i don't understand why they were saying he needed a ccw permit.can anyone explain?

Fucking Pigs, They dont know jack shit about how to treat people. what morons, Fuckers
There's no reason for them to even stop him according to the MSP directive distributed to all Michigan Law Enforcement on OC.
From the MSP information to Officers:
"In order to stop a citizen, officers are required to have reasonable suspicion that crime is afoot. For example, officers may not stop a person on the mere possibility the person may be carrying an unregistered pistol."
