It's just a manipulation of the last scene of At World's End :p At the end of each movie, after the credits, there's always one scene. If you haven't seen those before, you've really missed something ;)

WHAT! WHEN WAS THIS EVER IN THE FILM?!? I've seen ALL 4 POTC films, a number of times and have NEVER seen this! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE THROW SOME INFORMATION AT ME!

you did a good job with this :) although i would have used the scene from the beginning of the first movie when her is standing on top of the ship rather than on the deck it would have looked a little better. but still a good job :)
