A CM Punk-centric tribute to his recent feud with John Cena on Monday Night RAW and at Money in the Bank 2011.
After Money in the Bank, I had an urge to make a video about CM Punk. I'll have to admit, I wasn't 100% sold on the idea. However, after awhile of iPod searching, I heard this song and knew I had to make this. This took me three days to edit and honestly I wish I could've produced something better for this feud. Best fued of the year IMO. Plus this fued has launched WWE into a new Era - "The Post-McMahon Era". I can't wait to see what it produces, hopefully more of what Punk/Cena brought the WWE universe. The editing is quite simple, not too many effects (although I am having so much fun with the glint effect).
HOW EPIC WAS MONEY IN THE BANK?!?! Best PPV of the year by far. Loved the MITB matches and of course, the epic finale, Punk/Cena. I don't think I have been so gripped in a match (that doesn't feature John Morrison or new fave Cody Rhodes) before. Perhaps HHH/Undertaker at Wrestlemania this year came close, but I just love the in-ring work that Punk produces. And his mic-work. I don't have to tell any WWE fan how monumental and epic his worked shoot the other week was. OMG and the interference from Vince in the match created such a brilliant conclusion. AND DEL RIO DIDN'T WALK OUT WITH THE TITLE!!! So many reasons to be happy lol.
Small dedication to my brother, not that he'll read this but Punk is his favourite wrestler. Hoping the new WWE Champ comes back soon!
