Why We MUST Prosecute the Bush Administration

This is where the rubber meets the road, folks. Its time to unequivocally define who we are and where we're going as a country.

Don't cry to me about the unpunished crimes of previous administrations and how that somehow justifies doing nothing to hold today's criminals accountable. That's a spineless copout.

We're not talking about politics. We're talking about restoring the rule of law and our system of justice, without which any and all politics will be an exercise in futility, regardless of where you stand.

I agree with you completely, but . . . Articles of impeachment have been entered -- and tabled. The Congress has no intention of impeaching the Bush administration. Who will indict, arrest and prosecute these men when Congress would not? Can I, as a citizen, bring criminal charges? What would it cost? I'm living on Social Security and just barely getting by. Who will place Bush under arrest? You? Might the Secret Service physically prevent his being arrested, if a warrant could be obtained?
