  • WORST GAME HAS THE BEST MUSIC.

  • Hmm, The music is awesome no doubt, But really, Do you think of Addam's Family when listening to this? I find this would be untold times better on a Contra type game, think about it. Imagine firing a spread shot while on a motorcycle in the middle of the city while this music is playing. :p

  • Just got this game a week ago at a flea market for four bucks. Worth every penny.

  • Replaying this game, i've noticed how desperately they were trying to capture that zelda feel. And if not for just a few glaring issues, this could have been classic. Enemy spawning/ enemy toughness, more life, and a more open map. I mean, it's an open world map, but it's linear, why? O well.

  • I don't get it, I LOVED this game! maybe because it was harder than Michale Jackson at Disney Land....

  • Man I tried so hard to finish this game but kept getting lost in the fourth office building.

  • @LordEli I remembered playing this game and actually liking it. Though, starting the game with 2 slits of health is just a cruel joke.

  • @goph000 the strange thing is...The US version of Festers Quest is Incredible Hard, BUT the European Version of this game is so easy, even a 4 year old can beat this game ...why? because the shoot goes through the wall, the enemys are much weaker and dosn´t force you to walk back so they dont let you go into a Spawn trap and the game works slower...believe me it´s really boring to play

  • There was always something weird about the difference in game quality and music quality when it came to Sunsoft back in the day. I always pictured them having this cruddy-looking computer room for game design, and a top-of-the-line production recording studio for the soundtrack.

  • @Renelia9418 Probably after they used the ROM memory for just a so-so game logic, they packed what was left with highly digitized music. Sure beats leaving it unused like other games did.

  • I still don't get how a game that's just average has some of the best music.

  • fester's quest is a perfect example of how even the worst games on the NES were awesome.
