It is amazing. There are two questions; Where are all these people going? And what are they trying to leave behind? They are fragments of things we all feel. Fear. Guilt. Doubt. Despair. Bottled up in the main character, because we know pieces of his story, and therefore we know what he is trying to leave behind... or at least, some of the things... Because, if you look at the last scene, there might just be much, much more.
It is a fantastic movie.

Yes, in fact during the whole movie the traffic jam never ends, in some scenes you see it and in others you hear it or the actors refer to it, it's some kind of symbolism

No, Andersson in Swedish is actually what it says in English - Anders(genitive case) son, a common Swedish surname.

No he is not. Andersson is a very common name in Sweden. The Andersson wich has made the music to this film is the same Benny Andersson who once played in ABBA though.
