RTE showed this last week in edited form. The episode jumped from "Joey, you need help" to the close-up of his face. His last speech and fall were cut. I found it strange that they would show him getting stabbed by Alice, Craig's treatment of his bloody wound, Kieran nearly strangling him etc. but cutting the fall - strange. Perhaps it was a daytime edit provided by TVNZ, rather than an RTE cut. BTW, the nighttime edit at 4am used the same edit.

it would've been so much better if they kept Joey on, and made Alice go through the whole Trial of sentencing him and all that crap. i reckon just killing him kinda ruined it, that's the thing about Shorty, they know how to create storylines but they don't know how to end them properly. :\

i miss Alice, Craig, Keiran and all that.
