@kimmygirl692 Haha, not an anime. Just a wonderful song... though, the characters featured represent voice-banks for a computer software called Vocaloid. The blonde girl is Rin Kagamine, and when she turns into a male, that's Len Kagamine. The girl in Black, who doesn't sing in this is Miku Hatsune, and the blue haired male who shoots her is called Kaito. ^_^

dude. the whole angel-gender-switch thing reminds me of kuroshitsuji(in the end, you learn that the fallen angel can appear as either gender) (also, that fallen angel was really creepy, but rin/len/angel isnt.
