  • Dear Honorable Howard Lawrence Berman,

Investors and small, medium, large, to multinational businesses have a right to earn decent profits, but the laws, regulations, tax codes need to be reassessed and revised to consolidate and reduce them for efficiency and effectiveness.

It will never be easy, but it has to be done for the US to progress and compete internationally.

Please research to sponsors or support laws and regulations that are fair to employers and employees.

    Thank you.

  • Basically what happened at Sam's Club 6625 in San Fernando is that management more than once accused me of inappropriate behavior to include theft and creating a workplace hostile environment, however, if I could had found an attorney who does not fear the legal department of Walmart Stores, inc - I am confident that all accusations would had been dismissed.

  • My last recognitions where:

December 2005 I received a letter from Sam's Club President C Doug McMillon praising me of being recognized as a Member Service Living Legend

On page nine my named appeared on Walmart Today on the issue of December 2005/January 2006 recognized as a Member Service Living Legend.

  • I earned:

September 2003 Associate of the Month Award for member service,

A 2nd quarter of Region 54(now District 55) Award for member service,

A 3rd Quarter Associate of Division A(now Region A) for member service received at the home office in Bentonville Arkansas where I met

    Jim Haworth

    and

    Tom Coughlin who was

the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Walmart Stores, Inc.

  • I worked at Pace Membership Warehouse 42 that became Sam's Club 6625 from 1990 until 2007 and had earned the following: a hologram badge of Mr. Sam Walton for associates who receive ten compliments from members for great service.

    Sam's Club 6625

    12920 Foothill Boulevard

    San Fernando California 91340

    Telephone:1-818-365-7710

    Fax:1-818-365-0690

Samuel Robson "Rob" Walton with their associations and supporters need to debate their critics to find out who is the most honorable.
