Taylor Swift Autograph Signing - CMA Music Fest 2009

This is just an example of the craziness that ensued when Taylor signed autographs at the Nashville Convention Center during CMA Fest on Sunday, June 14th, 2009. She walked right in front of me while she was exiting. Everyone was pushing and shoving and screaming her name. She was so nice to everyone and you could tell she wanted to stay longer to sign for everyone, but she had to go do sound check for the show that night so they had to get her out of there. I didn't get to meet her, but it was awesome to see her so close in person. I love Taylor!

@taylorfan1214 There is no guarantee that you will meet any artist at CMA Fest if you buy the ticket, but you will lots of opportunities to get a chance to meet your favorite artists. Taylor will probably do another signing next year but there is no way of knowing right now how it will work. You may have to win a lottery, or stand in line. Either way you should know there will be many others trying to meet her as well.

Most people would say it's not the same as her actually signing something personally to you and getting the chance to meet her in person. Besides, you have to be careful...many autographs on ebay are fake.

me and my friends camped out sat night just to meet her. it was worth it. she is one of the most down to earth celebrities i've ever met! :)

Is it normally ths crazy?

I was understood (from a 2012 CMA Fest website) that there are booths that the stars go in and people queued to see the stars? It makes it sound more like an orderly thing rather than this bedlam! Also, it says "photo opportunity" with your favourite starts, which implies that you can have a photo with your favourite star. In this video - no photos with anyone, as it's just rush rush rush to get as many auto's signed as possible..

Does anyone have any info?

I've seen you on YouTube comments, posting the same thing at every video which features Taylor and I have come to a conclusion:

Get help, get a job and if you hate Taylor Swift as much as you obviously seem to, why bother hunting down her videos and wasting time commenting?

You must have some kind of mental disability for you to waste time complaining like you do.

You know, I would never do this... One) I hate people in crowds and two) I like the whole waiting in line autograph session thing. That way, everyone gets a turn and you get one on one time, pictures, personal (non rushed) autographs, and no pushing!
