They make a great singing pair

I saw both of these performers in person when I was still living in NJ. They bought down the house. They were fabulous. Lou is still as sexy now as he was in his younger days. I hope he comes to KS sometime in the future. I would love to see him again.

Thanks for this fab posting of 2 great artist(e)s? Saw LC live in Manchester UK 1969 and he brought the house down!!! He was probably at the top of his game then. A million thanks for the great memories this has stirred, 5*

I agree that Frankie did have a longer career. People can argue all day about who's the greatest but let's not do it here. Even Brian Wilson ranks up there with the great falsetto singers, come to think of it.
As far as versions of "Since I Don't Have You" go: Ronnie Millsap really made the song his own in the early 1980s. Then Buckaroo Banzai in that sci-fi movie. And who could forget Guns'n'Roses' version\?. The only decent song on an abysmally bad album, The Spaghetti Incident.

Hey that's your opinion and I'm not putting Lou down but I disagree, Frankie was the best and his record is what I'm going by. The Four Seasons is what I grew up listening to and they were still around when The Beatles and the rest of the British Invasion came along. so were The Beach Boys and Motown. Alot of groups and artist just faded away. enjoyed this chat just the same!
