Glenn Beck's 9/12 Project supposedly seeks to reunite Americans to a degree not felt since September 12, 2001 when we all came together regardless of our differences to face our shared challenges. However, the 9/12 Project has only produced tea parties and marches for conservative Republicans and ratings for Fox News. Certainly, it would only stand to reason that a blatantly partisan call to arms from a blatantly partisan pundit will in fact create more disunity than unity. That logic stands, apparently, unless you are Glenn Beck.
I did not mention Beck's lists of 9 and 12 random things which are supposed to be our founding principles and guiding wisdom. In good conscientiousness, I cannot bring myself to reward a dangerous individual like Beck with publicity for being so profoundly uninformed. Suffice it to say that it is an insult to our nation to even consider the idea of having our principles expounded by someone who is either as insane and inane or as disingenuous (whichever the case may be) as Glenn Beck. If you want to make the Founding Fathers happy, try reading books by actual experts on real issues, instead of books on fluff by human excrement such as Beck.
I wish that someone had let me in on the secret to wisdom before I made this video... now I'm going to look stupid. :)
