  • very interesting

  • This reminds of Napolean Dynamite, that karate school scene. Hahahaha!!!!

  • @elevat0r123 a police officer making an unlawful arrest.

  • @Frubahboi, how many fights have you seen where somebody just grabs the other persons wrist?

  • @elevat0r123 Someone would grab another person's wrist like that to take control. Why else.

  • this is crap, who the hell would grab somebody's wrist like that in combat?

  • Unfortunately that doesn't always work :/ most of the time it does, but not on those with a powerful grip.

  • If the point is to break free of a wrist grab then this seems overly complicated. Breaking a wrist grab is the easiest form of self defense and can be done in less then a second by snapping the wrist(s) up through the thumb and forefinger gap. A quick wrist snap is stronger then the thumb joint. The problem is people's natural instinct is to pull away when grabbed. Ideally it would be easier to quickly break the grab, strike with the palm heals into the eyes, and then run the hell away.

  • that is cool they do some joint manipulation at my tkd class.
