  • @ Crizza2000 - Yes, this technique, to get it right, requires optimal brain chemistry. However, when one masters astral projection they are also masters at altering brain chemistry WITHOUT the need for any type of external "crutch."

  • Jobpierre - All dreams including those that are experienced in a lucid state are in fact, out of body experiences.

  • @ Cannabis - Keep in my that we all go out of our body every time we go to sleep, the question that we must ask ourselves then is are we CONSCIOUS of the experience? And no, I am not able to do this at will, every single time YET. Still working on it.

  • is it normal because i have lucid dreams nearly every night, with no reality checks or no messing with my brain clock' so to speak, last night i had a lucid dream inside a dream' its mad!!! after the lucid dream, i had a normal dream where you think its real but everything in the dream was so real and EXTREMELY vivid!! any information, am i on a higher frequency or something?:S ive had many sleep paralysis experiences, but no OBE's or astral projection i think? any help?

  • @Kevsta4 Persistance is key really. I don't know if you are doing something wrong, but if you think you are then I would advise more research. Make sure that you are not falling asleep and always remain diligent. This method for me has good accurancy. But it does require willpower to wake up

  • @Dragan572 I've tried many different methods. None of them have worked. So either I'm doing something wrong, or it doesn't work. (Which is more likely tbh.)

  • The wake back to bed can be coupled with the WILD - wake induced lucid dream which would bring about a lucid dream. This sounds exactly like it. I do it a lot. But I'm stuff on how to transition between the lucid dream to the astral world. It doesn't work :S

  • @Kevsta4 if your skeptical why not true it yourself?

  • @kavesa.lol

  • Thank you very much for this. Its very instructive and I like very much your approach and you philosophy about basics. That is very true. Anyways, I will try this technique asap...

    Kind regards to you.

  • thanks i will try this
