Lmao! I like that 1 comment "aww you took the sqeek toy away from the doggie"
thanx for the review.... Altho... Im debating between this (maybe) and the Traxxas Rustler. And its only 13-20 bucks more then this one is.

PSS factory T12 cost about 20 bucks. dont be scared to bash this thing,It can take it.

i switched to the 20 turn motor with 19 pinion gear, less speed but after 8 motors i can safely say the 12T is CRAP. truck is best bang for your buck, but watch motors carefully.i run in 20 below freezing and worked great. one broken knukle on left front.Thats it.
PS this truck is as is.not worth the $80 dollar motors. but when your done with it,give it to your kid and go get a bigger one.

@ardis922 no dude get a taxxas slash i have the stampede and it is crap even with some aluminum upgrades
-
@earthling1984 and its probably because u were driving through grass which isnt good for brushed mtoros
-
@EpIcEdItS962 honestly i dont think its water that messes the motors up
-
...It also works as a lawn mower!

i have had one of these and got a brushless upgrade ,and every other time i drove it something broke,,,butt i had the castle brushless kit ,thats not waterproof LMAO...i have a 1/10 scale redcat nitro 4wd tornado 2 speed,...much cheaper way faster and now im getting the redcat 1/8 scale earthquake (brushless)..i can get wholsalers price ,i just found out ..wooo hoooooo
i burnt out my motor from to much water so i got a new motor i learned my lesson to not drive through to much water

@EpIcEdItS962 I've driven all the traxxas brushless cars through water like this with no problem; however, I agree, on this brushed version, my motor as well died out quickly. Lesson learned.

@ardis922 yes, this is a great choice for low cost yet still a very strong car. Also fully upgradeable to brushless if you ever decide to do so.
