Alan the bull is Indias most experienced muay thai and mma fighter - he has been fighting professionally since 2003 and has taken on some big names in the business.Alan began with kusthi at an early age in Punjab and was taken under the wing of Daniel Isaac in 1995 , he began competing as an amateur in 1997 and has come a long way from being the awkward kickboxer to transforming into indias most experienced mma fighter.This video highlights some of his best fights over his career from 2003-2007 - Alan is now a contender representing India on the world mma circuit , some fights featured here are :

  • Lol at this the fight with Mark epstine was in herne bay Kent and was amature fight I was there so god knows what other bollocks is here oh he lost that fight ... Mmmm head guards for pro fighting hahahahsha

  • ..u need more training on keeping ur guards up...and when you punch keep distance and keep and arm up to block any counterattacks..not bad in general..u need more training..keep up the good work ;)
