It's a great accompaniment to Vada Pav and even tastes great with chapati or roti.

So I'm an ignorant white guy in a small town with pretty much no Indian population let alone Indian restaurants or grocery stores. I've got absolutely no experience with Indian food. This looks amazing and I really want to make it, but what could I make it with to actually enjoy it?
