  • Cynthia, I miss your video's will you be making anymore? Hope you are well!

  • @SuperRawenergy

Yes! Sometimes I like to be behind the camera. I've got a multiple of topics to post along with a new start for the approaching new year.

  • cane juice naturally squeezed from the cane yourself is good too. Not an agave nectar fan at all though the effects are similar to that of high fructose corn syrup.

  • There are different types of agave nectar. There is a raw version and a processed version. Which type are finding causes a rise in blood sugar levels?

  • Unfortunately I am finding agave to be pretty bad for blood sugar, etc. David Wolfe recommends raw honey as the best sweetner, and others say lucama (sp?) powder, which I have not yet tried, but am getting to really like raw honey, although I haven't used it in any raw dessert recipe's yet.

  • There are different types of agave nectar. There is a raw version and a processed version. Which type are finding causes a rise in blood sugar levels? Raw honey is great as a natural sweetener. It has various benefits to the body such as it's antibacterial and healing properties. All forms of sweeteners will cause a rise in bl sugar levels, but the ending effects are different.

  • Another good raw sweetener is stevia.

  • Maple syrup is concentrated by boiling.

  • I was told that artificial sugars cause holes in your brain ! I'm so glad I got over them

  • im curious bout being raw eating ..well just ..i m afraid im not gonna do it in regular .....but i have plan to try being raw vegan.....i love healthy eating

  • Very informative videos.

  • if you do some digging you will find more info on it, but everything I have read is that it reacts similar to fructose syrup, not good at all :( I still use it extremely sparingly, but i think most long term raw foodists avoid it
