XRU Season Finale Game Review - Spore

These reviews were part of a show I produced for our campus TV station. I know I'm not the greatest, but I wanted to review video games for fun and that's why I did it. Not professionally, just for the heck of it.

The final game review of 2007 for XRU - Spore for EA Games. This is actually a preview of Spore and an overview of what the game will be like.

From what I understand there is a database that you can upload content to (i.e. planet, creatures, whatever) and other players will download your content to interact with it in their game. So it's not an online game in the sense of wow or moh4 or something, but it's kind of asynchronous online gaming

not really. the only semi-online part is that whatever creatures others make, they are in your game. also your friends creatures show up a little more than random people

i also have Spore games . Me and my Brother creating Vehicles , Spaceships , Creatures and Dragons but not humans .

lol ok its a single player game but the computer gets some player creature creations out of sporepedia (which is a dictonary of puplished player spore's) then puts them as computers but the thing is u neva get the same one and the universe is so freakin huge lol

YOU PEOPLE HAVE IT ALL WRONG! SPORE IS NOT MULTIPLAYER! It's single player, but you can submit creations on the Sporeopedia.

It sounds interesting, but I don't know if it could ever compare with sims. I can't wait for sims3... definetly interesting but don't think I am going to buy it. IDK???
