I tried to in my case. Sent emails to the Lancs constabulary that were apparently sent on to someone to deal with but i heard nothing.

I have written evidence of Cobbetts telling another solicitors called Irwin Mitchells to delay filing a document in court to cancel a judgement that had been passed in "error". the delay was t oallow the court to register the CCJ on our files. 3 days later, Cobbetts obtained the files with ccj on
