Yup, I'd mix the drums louder, and equalize the bass so 30~60 Hz gets much louder :-) That's roughly what I think might help this mix. I'd also try some fast glitchy breaks to add more energy. But that's just me. Anyway, nice work, it needs more, but If you're just starting - looks like you might me doing some very interesting stuff soon :) Keep it up!

Idea is nice, you should mix it down proper and add some subbass tho, also better drums. Good idea wimped out by crap mixdown :(
