With Dreamweaver, a Flash or Shockwave movie can be inserted into a Web page by placing the cursor where the video should go, finding the Flash file, which should be in Swift Format, and dragging the file into the desired area. Easily include video on a Web page with instructions from a certified Dreamweaver tutor in this free video on Web design.

I am using Dreamweaver cs4. I have inserted the flash as my banner, and it looks great in the preview, but when I go to publish it all I get is a white box.
