@the19thletter We drink enough water to just not be thirsty, and have your pee not be yellow (I know it sounds stupid but its how you keep track) Supplements depend on what you do. I lift weights so I take protein and multivitamins. Vitamins are a must because even eating alot wont get all the vitamins your body needs. Protein is just gaining weight. Muscle is important to swimming. Alot of people say it isnt, but that only counts for the 10% who can swim fast skinny. I cant.

@the19thletter Actually, I do. A swimmers body is not a temple, when you get into hard training, I need enough calories to get in me, because I work them all off. I dont eat chips donuts etc. Food like this is a good example of my breakfast, not quite THIS much, but I do eat alot. Everyone swims good on different foods. I know people who swim fast on fast food! Everyones different but the same at times.
