Ack, this 4 and a half minute thing took me forever and a day x_x I think it's all right, though. I have no idea, my brain's gone with this thing...
It's basically just a reflection of Sora and Riku's thoughts toward each other (mostly Sora) and remembering the hard times they faced, wishing they could have been there more for each other.
