Another thing is to open the cartridge box and shake the cartridge before you buy. Make sure it feels full and has lots of liquid. Peel the tape off the printer nozzle and see that the nozzle doesn't look used - no scratches or wear - must be clean except for the few droplets of ink that will ooze out. Buy a CIS ink system so you don't have to deal with HP ink. Epson's head is much more reliable and a CIS system is a good match. Epson is a better buy.

Glad you put it on Youtube so everyone can see how incompetent HP are with their security flaws in their packagings. Don't do business with companies that don't care about common sense.
