This is a killer workout that you can do.
In this video I show you a variation of shoulder exercises that you can do with barbells and a dumbell.
Your deltoid muscles will get a great workout!
The benefit of doing this workout in a chair is that you will not use your legs and your back to help you out.
It will all be about shoulders.
Do 3 reps for every exercise in this video.
