  • @0987654321libra Just try not to apply too much heat. You don`t want to cook the yolk. Leave the white slightly runny, too. The blessing of cast iron is, it will continue to heat food even if the fire is turned off. It`s a real art. It`s crucial to have some toasted homemade bread on hand beforehand to dunk in the yellow.
