Great bike, but what's the point or benefits of a 1700cc naked? Seems like overkill for the sake of it.

Ok review. Cant agree with your views on the bikes cornering potential. Turn in is very reasonable for such a bike. It is very much at home in the twisties. If you've just jumped off an R1 I can see where you're comming from but it's no slouch and requires little effort. Cornering is improved with a change of tyres from the factory Pilot Roads. Pilot Powers work a treat.
