make yourself comfortable on your knees,
Clasp hands together behind back.
Depress the shoulders,
Extend both arms back and upward to end range of motion whilst maintaining an upright position.
Keep head in neutral position
While stretching hold your tummy in, straight posture of your back.
This stretch cools down chest muscles at the end of the session and improves flexibility.
Alternative - Chest stretch with hands on your lower back.
Place your hands on your lower back.
Depress the shoulders,
Push both elbows back to end range of motion whilst maintaining an upright position.
Keep head in neutral position
While stretching hold your tummy in, straight posture of your back.
This stretch is good for the end of your session and improves flexibility.
